It means that something in your life feels off-control. You may think things are going way too fast and you can not slow them down. You may be where decisions are made for you and you can not pause or turn around. The dream isn't saying you're a bad driver. It is saying the vehicle you are in, whether it is a job, relationship, legal process or everyday routine, can not pause. And you are on board. It means you have to go with the flow.
