Dream Diary
Uncover hidden superstitions meanings
The most effective way to keep on top of what your dreams mean is to keep a diary or record.
Sometimes we find it difficult to remember our dreams and what they specifically mean, you can overcome this by asking yourself before you fall asleep to remember as much of your dream as you can. A sleeping expert called Hugh Lynn, son of the legendary American sleeping prophet, Edgar Cayce said the most informative book you will read about dreams is the own book that you write yourself. By understanding your dreams better you will be able to identify any underlining problems within your life, your deepest desires, ongoing issues that are bothering you. Keeping a diary will allow you to understand specifically what your dreams may mean to you. The more information that you may have means that you will be able to build up a huge library of information on your subconscious mind.
In my dream diary I make sure that I connect each dream with incidents that are going on in my life at the time, that way I can make sure that every dream is connected to my life in some way, shape or form. If I have a dream that is similar in the future then I am aware of this dream and able to identify it. Personally, most of my dreams I tend to forget to my frustration. I have lucid dreams if I have deprived myself of sleep for an evening. We will look into deprived dreaming later on in another section of the website.
