Spiritual Meaning of A Ringing Doorbell

It was about 4am and I literally woke up to the doorbell but it was in a dream. It did not happen, as there was no-one there. There was this energy around me like something weird was about to happen; it was unquestionably strange. I feel like I entered some sort of portal by accident. I would certainly never forget that dream and the next day I had a very important email. I do feel if you hear the doorbell it literally means a message is coming.

Is the doorbell a spiritual signal?

Yes, in my view. The doorbell may be a sign that spiritual guides are calling us. Not literally, of course, but in the sense that it brings out certain feelings in us - comfort and peace or even reassurance. Hearing the doorbell when no-one is there is like the Universe telling me our guardian angel is still around me and watching me no matter what life throws at me.

Sometimes hearing this sound gives us an inner knowing or understanding that something greater than physical reality has spoken to or reached our soul. Just think how a seemingly small sound can mean so much to our souls!

I think these kinds of things happen more often too, too; They are followed by something else shortly after - which might be seen as evidence that they are indeed here in our lives right now. Soon after hearing this bell ring, I remember seeing angel numbers 1111 or 222 so this is something you may see. I do feel this is because something is trying to connect to you. Maybe an email arrives with information we needed to know before doing something (like buying tickets for an event), a job, or something important. Or perhaps you have an after-life conversation with someone about advice.

How can you tell your doorbell is ringing yet nobody is home?

Okay, I know you may think maybe just a malfunctioning doorbell or a kid prank. Or it could simply be a ghost or other uninvited visitor who has come along. If you're feeling spooked out, remember it is normally super positive. 

What does the bible say about the doorbell?

I think a doorbell sound is a spiritual reminder that anyone who enters God's house can do so if he wishes to do so. It is an invitation to pause and ponder God's holy word. To some, that sound may represent hope, it's making us believe in something greater than ourselves. I also think it may represent protection - that when things get uncertain or difficult we need direction along the way. There is no precise interpretation of a doorbell sound in the biblcal scripture but a variety of symbolic meanings that the "ring" sound is a sign that we are watched over, I am afraid.  I think hearing a doorbell ring (when it has not rung) is a huge spiritual sign. Whatever the situation or context, ringing the doorbell can make us experience different feelings or emotions.
