Happy Thoughts

I know why you are here, and that is to have some happy thoughts and I am here to show you how. I moved to France four months ago and what I realized is that you can change everything in life, including how to make yourself happier.

We forget who we are, and until you work on that level nothing will change. I have walked the life of owning this website, I have travelled. I started my first business at 19. I have reinvented and changed my life so many times. And, here I am in 2026 and totally honest, I am going to change the next 12 month of what I want. And, this starts with happy thoughts.

Sometimes life can be a struggle I know that. And, things get thrown at us and sometimes we loose that sense of happiness within. There is no gatekeeping here, real grounded transformation. If you change your environment that helps but it is not the answer.

I want to share here how spiritually happy thoughts can help you grow. This is some spiritual reasons why happiness is important to everyone. I also have not added anyone into the things that can make you feel happy, it is within yourself.

Happy thoughts and how you can create them

I have spent three decades watching people come onto my social media platforms convinced that happiness somehow only happens to other people. Personally, I have found it difficult to be happy after I see some things on social media, you know those videos that are doom and gloom, if you find yourself like me getting a bit down and you just want some really nice happy thoughts then spiritually these things will help you: just give yourself, without interruption for five minutes, five minutes, that's all you need, a sort of break as you will. These are the top five things that

Something very real happens when people allow gratitude to flow freely from their mouths instead of staying inside their heads as thoughts. Saying gratitude words in front of empty space, especially in your kitchen, seems more effective than just thinking the gratitude thoughts. It works as an experiment, at any rate, for seven days at a time.

  • Step out your front door right after you wake up.
  • Quantum jump into who you want to be, and why. This is a reminder you can change all things.
  • Change it up, get away a different environment if things get too much. I always find going away even for a few days lifts your mood.
  • In my experience, 10 minutes of physical activity usually does more to change the "feeling temperature" of the session than almost anything else I recommend.
  • Write down a dream you've been afraid to share.
  • Give a compliment to someone else. I always find there is something about the good you can see in another person (out loud!) that almost instantaneously reflects back to you. It is, perhaps, the fastest, most reliable mood changer there is, and the one that costs no money.
  • Clear a small patch in the house. But it's not about getting rid of clutter everywhere in your house, it's about making just a few quick changes right where you sit. I believe personally clutter quietly weighs on the mind more than people realize, and clearing even a small bit of tidying up.
  • Set an actual limit on the news and the scroll on your phone and take a break every so often.

Let your mind focus on only good things. When I want to focus on great things then I remember, from the Bible's book of Philippians, and this passage is something I often think about in my work: "Consider everything that is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable." I don't see this as denying that there are real problems, but of try to set intentions.

Closing things I need to tell you

I don't think of happiness as a state of being someone achieves and keeps all the time. I strongly encourage you to choose two or three above, and I channel that happiness is about your mind and state, and remember, happiness isn't something that comes in once and sets you free. Happiness tends to come in slowly, inch by inch, one careful step at a time.
