I am going to let you know that this is a really positive sign. It means so much. Maybe you kept seeing this in just  random places, and this makes you wonder if someone is telling you something -- YES YES it is. Firstly, 1204 does not contain the 3. Why? This means that someone in spirit is trying to talk to you because you're about to step into something BIG and a breakthrough is coming. It is a MASSIVE sign.
