I spent years looking into the bible, especially the book of Encoch at numbers, specifically Biblical numerology is a long-standing angel number focus and I do think if you see 21:12 the veil is being pulled back.  What does 21 actually mean. 21 in scripture pops up allot. It is also associated with the promise of deliverance, or breakthrough, 21 is clearly associated with a long period of "waiting and watching." Daniel (in Daniel 10:12-13) spent 21 days of prayer after which an angel informed Daniel that his prayer was heard right away and that 21 days had passed because spiritual forces held up the answer until Michael "strong man" the Archangel Michael then got involved. This all connects to a delayed response, which indicates that, although the answer is on its way, there are obstacles that need to be bypassed or cleared away.

Mathematically, that's worth noting as well while I am on the subject that 21 is three times seven. Three in scripture is the number associated with divine completeness, multiplied by 7 this is, the most consistent symbol for rest and wholeness, implies this isn't by accident, that it means something deeper. To me this is real completion earned and attained through perseverance and steadfastness.

What does the '11' mean?

I am literally breaking this down for you, so the number 11 is another number that is frequently (and falsely) associated with positivity.
