Fenugreek, also known as Bird’s Foot, Greek Hayseed, Watu, Methi and Hilba, is a native to the Middle East and is considered as one of the oldest medicinal plants.
The plant is of masculine gender and is associated with the power of the planet Mercury, the element Air and the deity Apollo. The seeds are a popular ingredient in the kitchen, especially in curry dishes. It was used by the ancient Egyptians to treat bronchial infections and tuberculosis, as well as cuts, wounds, sores and skin irritations. Fenugreek has also been used to induce childbirth. Fenugreek is an ingredient of an ancient oil that is believed to transform on old man into a young man.

Magical uses
Fenugreek seed is considered a “house-money” herb it confers wealth, happiness, health and general protection. Carry Fenugreek seed with your money for prosperity. The same may also result in increase in wages, lucky money-finding and wealth. Keep some Fenugreek seeds in an open container on the kitchen table to draw cash to your home. New seeds should be put out each week. You can use some of the older seeds as these can be added to water used for scrubbing the kitchen floor - along with a few drops of Money Oil to attract money to the house. Combine with Alfalfa seeds in a packet to enhance its power. Alfalfa Seeds are also believed to draw money and is a relative to Fenugreek.
Fenugreek seeds may also be used in spells for wisdom, success, beauty and to cure impotence and frigidity. Simmer for five minutes in a pot of boiling water by the light of a red candle. Remove from the heat and add savoury and then steep for an hour.
Drink 2 cups of this tonic before sleeping and apply some on the base of your lower spine to cure impotence or frigidity. To increase breast size, pour boiling water over Fenugreek seeds and let it soak and then strain out the seeds when the water cools. Bathe your breasts in the infusion while visualizing them gaining in size.
