Blood

A dream that involves blood shows that it is time to face fear. Blood in general indicates life force, happiness, life energy, spirits, and the essence of humanity. This dream can also indicate love, emotion and passion as well as disappointments. To see the word "blood" on a mirror or wall (written) in your dream means a situation in your dream cannot be changed. To see anything written in blood then this indicates that you have energy to put into an important project.

Blood featured in your dream or in a body or the bodies of others represents our fear of adulthood, and also represents what keeps us going from a spiritual and emotional level. The dream shows that it is time we take on our spiritual well being and make sure that we can achieve all the things we have set out to do. If this is a problem then it is clear that this dream signifies the reason why you are having these problems. For a man to dream of bleeding in any way shows that his masculinity has been questioned in that people have relied upon this man to deliver something to them emotionally.

To dream of a tampon covered in blood (as comment found below) or your menstral cycle (periods) means that you are worrying unecessarily. To have your menstruation means that tension in your life is soon to come to an end. If your dream featured a sanitary towel or fabric covered in blood then things are going to be forgotton quickly in regards to a family argument.

A blood transfusion in your dream can indicate the following: saving yourself from a difficult situation; extreme change; sudden rescue from death; adaptation. To loose blood can signify loss of love, but can also indicate a needed spiritual surrender – is there something in your life at the moment that you need to sacrifice?  In the 1930's dream dictionaries said that a blood transfusion in a dream is normally classified as spiritual enrichment. To see blood stained clothing indicates enemies who want to tear down a successful career – make sure you are aware of anyone at work that may not be all that they seem!

To dream of blood on the ground means that the dreamer should be careful of weird friendships. To see blood flowing from a cut or the body indicates physical ailments and being anxious. To dream of blood on walls indicates poor business caused from devastating dealings with foreign companies.

To notice blood on your hands is a positive omen, indicating luck, if you wash this off then you need to be careful of your own affairs. Someone who is injured and losing blood in your dream can indicate a situation in your waking life where you feel someone is in a damaged state. If in your dream you, yourself are bleeding can indicate that you feel weakened or tired (psychologically, emotionally, or physically)

Have you been feeling that something is sapping your energy or time or concentration? To dream that you bleed as a result of someone else hurting you can mean you are feeling threatened in any way (expressively, spiritually, or physically) in real life or you may need to look at things from a different perspective in the future. To loose blood in your dream represents that you may be tired in waking life and that you feel emotional. If you dream you are in hospital and you see blood means that past actions may haunt you in some way.
